Swiss American CDMO Announces a New President & CEO

Dallas, Texas — Swiss American is proud to announce the promotion of Komel Grover to President and CEO, reporting to the Board of Directors. Komel will work with the Board and Swiss American Senior Leadership to deliver on strategic initiatives and improved solutions for CDMO clients and customers.
Komel joined Swiss in mid-2016 as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. After successfully reshaping strategic planning and delivering growth through innovation in R&D, she was promoted to President in 2018.
Prior to joining Swiss American in 2016, Komel held several senior leadership roles in medical affairs, strategic product development, quality, regulatory, clinical research and commercial launches in neurology, immunology, wound healing and dermatology. Major multinationals like KPMG, Biogen, Gilead Sciences and Smith & Nephew benefited from her expertise.
As many of you know, Komel is very passionate about skin and wound care. She is an expert in the dermatologic space, a great strategist, and an innovator at heart. She loves Swiss American almost as much as sampling new products and new solutions. Her dedication to delivering for clients and customers is unwavering.
